The Hilti Heavy Duty Adhesive Dispenser is designed to mix and dispense a specifically formulated two-part epoxy for bonding metal to concrete or asphalt. Typically used for rebar installation in massive building foundations, this epoxy gun is perfect for installing multiple base plates or other post delineators in quick succession easily by one person.
A manually loaded cartridge assembly accepts Hilti-brand two-part RE-500 epoxy. This industrial grade-strength construction adhesive is perfect to handle the 400-lb load that Gorilla Post Magnetic assemblies can produce. The quick-load style of the cartridge and assembly aids in the most efficient installation possible. A single refill tube will glue up to 12 Gorilla Post plates, and can be changed by swinging the cartridge up, and sliding the lever near the handle to release the cartridge from the gun. Once apart, a new epoxy refill tube can be inserted into the cartridge and clipped back into position. Refilling takes less than 30 seconds and can be done one handed without having to set the epoxy gun down!
