The IceAlert Sign measures 7” W x 10” H and can be easily mounted onto columns, walls, poles, and other surfaces with the universal mount, or with the Post Mount, which includes a 6-foot composite resin post. It's 6” W temperature-sensitive dial uses Bluestar technology to indicate risk: as the temperature nears 38°F, the dial begins to turn blue, and at 32°F or below, it becomes fully blue. This visual cue is especially valuable for pedestrians, particularly the elderly, as it alerts them to icy and potentially hazardous conditions.
