Another week, another product highlight blog, and this week we’re taking a look at the Safe-Hit Delineators and Marker Posts! Safe-Hits are a great way to quickly add round or flat marker posts or delineators to roadways shoulders, and lane delineation. This inexpensive entry-level solution is perfect for large-scale installations, so jump in and look at all the Safe-Hits that ParkingZone has to offer!
First, we can walk through the two different bases available for Safe-Hit Delineators and Marker Posts. Both bases can be installed with epoxy or butyl pads and come in either Twist-Lock or Pin-Lock variety. Twist-Lock is meant for low-speed, off-street applications and can be installed to and removed from the base in moments. The Pin-Lock base is designed for high-speed on-street applications and can be used at speeds past the typical freeway average to 75 mph. That way, you can mount these almost anywhere you might need them.
Second, the posts themselves come in two different styles being either Round Top or Flat Top. Flat Top Marker Posts feature a pinched, flat section at the top of the post, while the round top Delineators are uniformly circular from the bottom to the top. Both versions come in colors including Yellow, White, Red, Orange, Blue, and Green, and can be ordered with Yellow, Amber or White reflective striping.
