Magnetic Gorilla Posts use a plate system to magnetically attach to the ground. The plates come in two different versions for different applications: a Concrete or Asphalt version. For concrete and other solid surfaces, the Concrete Plate can be mounted using epoxy only and no extra hardware. For asphalt and other aggregate surfaces, you will want to use the Asphalt Plate. Because the Magnetic Gorilla Post produces over 400 pounds of magnetic coupling force, you want to ensure that you adhere the plate correctly to each individual surface type!
The two versions of Gorilla Post Pullers differ in both their size and style of function. The smaller, foot-operated Gorilla Post Puller Jr. is stuck into the unique slot on the base of Gorilla Posts. You then step on the pedal-shaped end of the puller to “pop” the post off the base. This version is compact, portable, and easily stored inside vehicles and toolboxes. The full-size Gorilla Post Puller is a 3-foot long fiberglass pole with a rubber handle on one end, and the proprietary Gorilla Post Puller attachment on the other. Insert the puller end into the base of the post, pull like a lever, and the Gorilla Post will pop right off! This is great for when you have many posts that need to be removed, removed quickly, or not be carried very far.
