Controlled with an app that is available for free on Android or Apple, the barrier administrator can issue credentials to users for a window of time. The unit features a strong, proprietary battery that can last up to one year on a single charge with regular use, and a solar panel to keep the battery topped up when installed outside. A laser on the clamshell lid can even detect if there is a car or object above the barrier, so you don’t accidentally raise it when covered.
