Magnetic Gorilla Posts are quite strong and require a special tool to remove them from their bases. With over 300 pounds of pulling force, Gorilla Posts stay put unless you have a Gorilla Post Puller or Puller Jr. What are these tools and what’s the difference between them, you ask? Read on for more.

One of the key features of the Magnetic Gorilla Post is the ability of the post to stay put until it is decoupled with a Removal Tool. Once decoupled, an ADA-compliant, 1/8th inch tall stainless-steel baseplate that is weather and wear-resistant is left behind. There are two types of Removal Tools to choose from: the Long-Handled Post Puller and the Puller Jr. Each has a pointed end that slides into the removal slot allowing you to have the leverage needed to break the magnetic bond. The Junior version is very portable, and easy to keep in a cart, car or closet. The Long Handle Puller adds the power of leverage to help make the removal process just that much easier. Measuring over 36 inches in length, the Full Pull is designed to eliminate the need to bend over and place the puller in the proper location. Deployment and removal can be achieved fully standing up!
